OUR SERVICES:
The Multnomah County location specializes in youth/young adult support via Wraparound teams and Wraparound youth partners. Our wraparound youth partners help empower young adults to make educated decisions, effectively lead their wraparound team meetings, and advocate for other young adults. Youth partners also help young people establish and work towards reaching their life goals, provide one-on-one peer support (hyperlink to one-on-one peer support page of the programs/services section) for youth/young adults navigating systems, and above all they aim to amplify youth/young adult voices across multiple youth-serving systems.
We have two trained staff members in Multnomah County. They are certified Wraparound youth partners with additional training in the National Wraparound Initiative model. Our Wraparound youth partners are also registered peer support specialists and have been trained in the AMP model, Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Trauma Informed Care, and ASIST.
OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE:
ASIST certified crisis support via phone, chat, text, and in person.
