Silent Watch

The Silent Watch is an online campaign that empowers young adults to spread suicide awareness.

Youth M.O.V.E. Oregon created The Silent Watch campaign in 2013, in collaboration with young adults that have lived experience with suicide and/or have dealt with the trauma of suicide in their communities.

The Silent Watch is uniquely designed to be able to respond quickly in crisis situations. Our goal is to use social networking to spread awareness, share hopeful messages, and create a network ofsupport for those affected by depression and/or suicide.

SPREAD AWARENESS

We’ve used social networking to initiate and organize community events and memorial marches in both Coos Bay and Corvallis.
